Established in 1858, Brooks County, Georgia is situated between Thomas and Lowndes Counties on the U.S. Highway 84 corridor. Once the “breadbasket of the South,” Brooks County offers a wealth of logistical, land, and labor advantages. Brooks County maintains a shovel-ready, rail-ready industrial site with direct highway access and is home to an abundance of picturesque historical sites and Antebellum plantation homes for the perfect Camera-ready site as well as an upcoming state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. Film Studio and Soundstages.
